Referral Program
Welcome to the Patient7 Referral Program. This page outlines the terms and conditions of our referral initiative, which was created to thank our existing Subscribers for helping us grow the Patient7 network.
Our Referral Program enables eligible users to earn rewards for each new clinic that successfully subscribes to the Patient7 platform through their recommendation.
In this document, we use the word “Subscriber” to refer to a clinic or practitioner who holds an active subscription to the Patient7 platform. We use “Referral” to describe the act of recommending another clinic to Patient7 and “Referee” to refer to the clinic being referred.
Program Overview
Patient7’s Referral Program is designed to reward existing Subscribers who introduce new clinics to our Services. When a referred clinic signs up and becomes an active Patient7 Subscriber for a period of at least 30 days, the referring Subscriber is eligible to receive a reward of their choice.
Available Rewards
Once the referral has been verified and meets the program conditions, the referring Subscriber may choose one of the following rewards:

A $50 Gift Card

A 1-Month Patient7 Subscription Credit
There is no limit to the number of clinics a Subscriber may refer. Multiple rewards can be accumulated with each successful referral.
How the Referral Works
To participate:

The Referee (new clinic) must mention the Referrer’s name at the time of signup.

Patient7 verifies the referral based on this information.

Once the Referee remains an active Subscriber for 30 consecutive days, the Referrer will be contacted to select their preferred reward.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Referral Program:

The Referrer must have an active subscription to Patient7.

The Referee must be a new clinic that has not previously signed up or trialed the Patient7 platform.

The Referee must subscribe and remain active on Patient7 for a minimum of 30 days following activation.
Terms and Conditions

Rewards are issued only after successful verification and completion of the 30-day active period by the Referee.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative compensation.

Patient7 reserves the right to validate, refuse, or cancel a referral in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of program terms.

Patient7 reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.

All program decisions made by Patient7 are final.
